Day 1 | Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Kaziranga

Arrive at Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.

Drive to Kaziranga National Park

Check into a hotel or eco-lodge near Kaziranga and relax.

Enjoy a nature walk around the property or visit a local tea garden.

Dinner and Overnight Stay at Kaziranga

Day 2 | Kaziranga to Shillong

Go for an early morning Jeep or Elephant Safari in Kaziranga to see the famous one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, and other wildlife.

Return to the hotel for breakfast.

ECheck out from Kaziranga and head towards Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya

Arrive in Shillong, check into the hotel, and unwind.

Stroll around Police Bazaar to explore local shops and eateries.

Day 3 | Shillong Sightseeing

After breakfast start your day trip of Shillong

Head towards Elephant Falls, a popular three-tiered waterfall with a scenic viewpoint.

Next, Shillong Peak, the highest point in the city, for panoramic views of Shillong and the surrounding landscapes.

Enjoy a peaceful stroll in this Japanese-style garden, featuring well-maintained lawns, ponds, and flowers.

Take a short boat ride or a relaxing walk around this picturesque lake surrounded by lush gardens.

Learn about the Indian Air Force’s history and view various aircraft models, uniforms, and memorabilia.

Visit this beautiful cathedral, one of the oldest churches in Shillong with impressive architecture.

If time allows, drive to the Laitlum Canyons for breathtaking canyon views and dramatic landscapes. Ideal for enjoying the sunset.

Return to Hotel, Dinner and Overnight Stay at Shillong.

Day 4 | Shillong - Dawki - Mawlynnong - Single Root Bridge

Drive to Dawki, known for its crystal-clear Umngot River, for boating on India - Bangladesh border.

Visit Mawlynnong Village, known as “Asia’s Cleanest Village,” and see the beautiful Single Root Bridge.

Visit the Single Root Bridge nearby. Take a short walk to this living root bridge, a unique natural wonder created from intertwining roots by the Khasi people.

Drive back to Shillong in the evening and relax at your hotel or explore local eateries and shopss in Police Bazar.

Day 5 | Shillong - Cherrapunji - Double Decker Root Bridge

Begin your journey from Shillong to Cherrapunji

Start the famous Nongriat trek to see the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.

After the trek, relax at a nearby café to rest and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Check into Your Accommodation in Cherrapunji

Enjoy a quiet evening after a day of trekking and rest up for more sightseeing the next day.

Day 6 | Cherrapunji - Shillong

Start with a visit to Nohkalikai Falls, one of India’s tallest plunge waterfalls, offering breathtaking views of the water cascading into a pool below.

Visit the Seven Sisters Waterfalls (also called Mawsmai Falls), a stunning multi-tiered waterfall that is especially striking during the monsoon season.

Mawsmai Caves - Explore these limestone caves with their fascinating stalactite and stalagmite formations.

Visit the Eco Park, known for its sweeping views of the Sylhet Plains of Bangladesh and the nearby waterfalls. It’s a peaceful spot for a scenic walk.

Head to Thangkharang Park for incredible cliff views and a unique rock formation known as the Khoh Ramhah, shaped like a giant cone.

Drive back to Shillong and settle in for a relaxing evening at your hotel.
